Modern Urban Kitchen.

Grabbing elements from a mid-century feeling and putting a modern touch on it is what created this dynamic kitchen. Light and dark contrast stimulates the senses as you walk in and feel an immediate need to touch and feel the surfaces. The senses are enticed with leather finished granite, which is soft to the touch, but has dull finish which harnesses the light coming from the large open window. A floating wood bar coming out of the floor adds a rustic touch to a modern space. Finally, the shiny elements are added in place, white high gloss cabinets, stainless steel hardware / appliances and a glass mosaic centerpiece all topped off with classic subway tile.
